Equipped with an automatic cleaning-in-place system, it enhances food safety and operational efficiency by minimizing cleaning downtime. The grinder is enclosed to reduce air incorporation, maintaining product consistency. With capacities ranging from 4,000 to 7,000 kg per hour, it is suitable for high-scale production environments.
