Collected dust particles are gathered in a bottom collection tank, which can be manually refilled into the storage or breading unit. Constructed with a stainless steel body, the system includes mechanical struts, a dust collection bucket, and a hose connection kit. The semi-automatic system discharges air directly to the atmosphere via a pipeline connected to an exhaust. The Stein Dust Collector System is known for its easy operation, minimal removable parts, and low maintenance requirements. It is primarily used in the poultry, meat, and seafood sectors, as well as in ready meal production. The system operates quietly, with a noise level below 75DB due to the use of a silencer.
