The Urschel Model M6 is a two-dimensional belt-fed dicer designed to produce dices, strip cuts, or shreds from a variety of products. It can accommodate a maximum infeed thickness of up to 1 inch (25.4 mm). The dicer features hinged access panels for sanitation and easy maintenance. Made with sanitary stainless steel construction, including the motor, the Model M6 offers a single-speed or multi-speed motor option. Additionally, it is equipped with an integrated electrical enclosure and a user-friendly stop/start station for operator convenience. Designed for flexibility, it is capable of processing products such as beef, pork, poultry, leafy vegetables, and various bakery/snack items like brownies and pet food. This machine offers continuous operation, contributing to uninterrupted production.
