The UNI BOX WASH by Unitec Group is a high-capacity crate washing system designed to meet industrial needs. It features two parallel washing lines for simultaneous operation, manually fed with crates facing downwards. Operators can choose from four speed levels to accommodate the level of dirt on the crates. The washing process involves cold water jets at pressures of 6 bar and 200 bar, followed by a drip-dry phase. The internal filter system allows 100% water reuse, aiding in energy conservation. This system is suitable for sectors requiring large-scale crate cleaning, such as agriculture and food processing.
