The Selection, Washing, Drying, and Calibration Line Z450 by Zumex Food Engineering is designed for industrial citrus fruit handling. The line includes an aluminum roller conveyor for fruit selection, allowing for the removal of damaged fruit efficiently. The brush washer system features three independent areas for washing, rinsing, and drying, equipped with 15 rows of nylon brushes and 4 shower lines for thorough cleaning. The drying area utilizes 2 fans to ensure fruit is adequately dried. The calibration system features a roller calibrator that separates fruit into three diameter ranges (55-70 mm, 70-85 mm, and 85-100 mm) to match the juice extraction kits of the Z450. The calibration belt is adjustable and includes soft plastic trays to prevent fruit damage. The system operates with a programmable IP65 control panel with speed regulators and emergency signals.
