The Libra LT by OCME is an in-line weight filler designed for accurately filling large containers such as 200-liter polymer drums and 60-liter kegs. This system features OCME’s patented Control Pressure Fine Phase (CPFP) technology, which ensures high filling accuracy by maintaining consistent pressure. The system’s steel base frame is painted for durability, while the stainless steel parts in contact with the product ensure compatibility and hygiene. Thanks to its modular design, the Libra LT can be adapted to both semi-automatic and automatic configurations, achieving production speeds from 20 to 50 containers per hour for semi-automatic versions and 50 to 150 containers per hour for automatic versions. The CPFP system is also unaffected by changes in supply pressure, increasing production speed by 10%. Additionally, the Libra LT includes certified and sealed load cells, bottom filling for manual capping, and an electro-pneumatic safety device to prevent over-filling.
