This system handles the entire process from mixing up to 10 ingredients streams to deaerating and carbonating the final product. Its automation ensures uniform product quality and uncompromised food safety. With a capacity range from 18,000 to 75,000 liters per hour, it is suitable for high-throughput environments. The built-in eco vacuum pump reduces water consumption, while the Automatic Mass Compensation software keeps ingredient ratios accurate, maintaining the required Brix levels. The pressurized tank ensures carbon dioxide retains in the product, which is crucial for maintaining carbonation.
