Utilizing the heat extraction technique, it features a resistance furnace with a quartz tube adjustable up to 1000 °C in 1 °C increments. The typical operating temperature ranges between 900 °C and 1000 °C. The H-500 can be customized with up to two different detector sensitivities for enhanced precision across diverse applications. The analyzer integrates robust software for multilingual use, customizable display options, and result export functionality. It allows for easy calibration with standard materials or gas doses. Designed for both production control and laboratory use, the H-500 supports sample sizes of up to 10 grams and dimensions of 0.8 x 6 centimeters. The system ensures precise measurements, even for low hydrogen concentrations, using high-capacity thermal conductivity cells.
