The Greenfilter from Padovan (Omnia Technologies) is a specialized horizontal plates diatomaceous earth (D.E.) filter designed for wine, vinegar, grape juice, oil, dairy, and distillates. The filter is equipped with plain, indeformable plates that offer an elevated drainage flow during filtration and precoating, ensuring thorough washing even under the filtering cloth. Constructed from durable stainless steel AISI 304 with stainless steel AISI 316L filtering cloth, the Greenfilter operates without a drainage grid, minimizing contamination risks. This filter also features a unique hydraulic coupling for motorization and a special inlet flow distributor to prevent vortexes and abnormal liquid flows, making it suitable for both high and low-output filtration processes.
