The Horizontal Plate D.E. Filter for Beer, known as the Greenfilter, is designed by Easybrau-Velo (Omnia Technologies). It features plain and indeformable filtrating discs made of stainless steel AISI 304 with a 65-micron mesh cloth of AISI 316L. These discs enable high drainage flow during filtration and precoating and allow thorough cleaning even under the filtering cloth. Unique to this filter is the absence of a drainage grid, eliminating a common source of pollution. The motorized rotation of filter plates uses hydraulic coupling for smooth operation. An innovative inlet flow distributor prevents vortexes and abnormal flow, ensuring consistent performance at varying outputs.
