The HCW4+F3/F4 is a dual-function packaging system from Theegarten-Pactec designed for high-speed operations. It packages pre-formed products such as hard candies and toffees in bottom fold wraps, and then groups them into stick packs. With an output of up to 1,500 single products per minute in primary packaging and 300 stick packs per minute in secondary packaging, the system ensures high productivity. Its intelligent grouping mechanism compensates for any empty cycles, ensuring only complete product groups proceed to secondary packaging. For added flexibility, the HCW4 can be paired with the FPC5 module for flow pack secondary packaging. The equipment’s compact design and automated operations minimize downtime and maximize efficiency, supporting diverse high-volume confectionery processes.
