The WS 420S Sausage Cutter by Frey Maschinenbau is designed to address the challenges of high-volume sausage production. This cutter can achieve a maximum cutting speed of approximately 450 pieces per minute, making it suitable for industrial applications. It supports sausage diameters ranging from 13 to 36 mm and lengths over 30 mm, depending on the casing used. The machine is constructed entirely of stainless steel, ensuring durability and easy cleaning. Equipped with an industrial PC control system featuring a 7″ TFT color display with touch operation, the WS 420S allows for precise adjustments and monitoring. It operates on a power rating of 1.2 kW, with connected loads of 230 Volt and 50/60 Hz. The working height is adjustable between approximately 1,050 to 1,100 mm, catering to different production line configurations. Powered by two servo motors, this cutter ensures high precision and consistent cuts, improving overall production efficiency.
