High-speed depalletizer for industrial applications

In high-volume industrial environments, the efficient unloading of products from pallets is crucial. Manual depalletizing can lead to slow processing times, reduced accuracy, and potential safety risks. Automating this task requires precise and rapid handling systems.

Efficient unloading at high speed

The GEA Depalletizer Resolvis is a high-speed depalletizer designed to operate at speeds of up to 2.5 layers per minute. Its main structure includes two painted steel columns with sliding blocks for counterbalance, enabling a smooth and gentle lifting and lowering motion. This is achieved through a motor gear reducer unit with inverter control, avoiding any sharp acceleration. The carriage, made of welded steel profiles, comes with pneumatically operated side compacting bars for secure product handling. It features a rotating column layer pad removal device with integrated empty pallet/tray removal. Belt transmission is used where possible to reduce noise and eliminate the need for lubrication. The system offers open access to all parts of the unit for straightforward setup and maintenance.
