The GENESIS FUTURA/2 from OCME (Aetna Group Italy) is a fully automatic rotary ring wrapper equipped with two pre-stretch carriages that minimize transport costs and installation time. This machine is designed for high-speed applications, capable of wrapping up to 125 pallets per hour. The dual-carriage system utilizes CUBE TECHNOLOGY™ for precise film application, allowing for adjustable pre-stretch values up to 400%, controlled directly from the touch panel. The dynamic parachute system ensures optimal ring position locking for maximum operator safety. Additionally, the flexible wrapping cycle can start and finish at any point on the load, providing excellent versatility for different pallet sizes and shapes. The GENESIS FUTURA/2 also features a nip&tuck tail system, which eliminates the need for a sealer by inserting the wrapping film tail into the second-last wrap.
