Its large drum can handle products up to 220 mm in length and 210 mm in diameter, often eliminating the need for pre-cutting. Powered by a 20.5 kW system with two synchronized cutting spindle motors and an impeller wheel, it efficiently processes even difficult-to-cut cheeses. The dual 5.5 kW motors for the cutting spindles and 15 kW for the impeller ensure impressive feeding capacity. The dicer’s sanitary design has obtained the USDA Dairy Equipment Acceptance certificate, guaranteeing compliance with stringent hygiene standards.
