Other applicable industries include pharmaceuticals, warehousing, and personal care products. The checkweigher operates at line rates of up to 100 packages per minute and speed ranges from 33 to 560 feet per minute. With a detector scan rate of up to 100 ppm and a four-strain gauge load cell weight sensing system, the checkweigher ensures high precision. The unit is rated for washdown with an IP65 rating, making it easy to clean.
