The scalper is constructed from heavy gauge material, available in mild or stainless steel, offering durability and longevity. It features a replaceable hardened wire screen mesh available in sizes from 56 ft² to 220 ft². The scalper can handle capacities of 10 to 175 tons per hour of ground feed, and 2,000 to 20,000 bushels per hour of grain. Its low power requirements range from 1 HP to 7½ HP, depending on the model size. Additionally, it includes a removable top cover with collection hoppers for both product and fines, simplifying maintenance and improving operational efficiency. Ideal applications include grain, corn, animal feed, dried distillers grains, and wheat processing, frequently utilized in feed manufacturing, ethanol production, and brewing industries.
