This system is modular and can be upgraded for full conditioned and weather-independent operation. Using the same material container as the FB Mini Dryer, the cabinet version can be coupled with a dust extraction system and equipped with a conditioning setup. Standard features include fluidization through negative pressure, an aluminum holding bucket (100 liters), and a control box with a PLC system and a 10-inch HMI control interface. The FB Cabinet Dryer allows for local logging of temperatures and processes, with a USB export function for easy data management. Equipped with a frequency-controlled main fan (4kW) and external hot water circuit connection, the system ensures precise drying conditions.
