The system ensures microbiological safety and maintains the quality and flavor stability of beverages by processing them in a controlled, continuous flow and subjecting them to the required temperature for a defined time. Features include precise control of Pasteurization Units (PU), level-dependent flow control to increase buffer capacity and reduce product losses, and a consistent pressure regime to prevent outgassing.
