The THF / TCF Screw Feeders and Conveyors by WAMGROUP are specialized for handling filler dust in asphalt plants. Built from carbon steel with a suitable surface finish, the equipment consists of a tubular trough equipped with inlet and outlet spouts. It features helicoid screw flighting welded on a center pipe and a coupling bush at each end. The system includes two end bearing assemblies with self-adjusting seals tailored for filler dust, and a gear motor suitable for the application. The absence of intermediate bearings and the inclusion of a piggyback configuration allow for wide spans. Designed for feeding and conveying both hot and cold filler dust from the central dust filter to the weigh hopper, the modular structure of the screws enables various performance and component configurations. This maintenance-friendly equipment offers high performance in feeding and conveying, integrating high-efficiency WAM power transmissions and greased seals for both hot and cold dust.
