The Vibro-I Feed System by SANI Membranes is designed for pilot and small-scale microfiltration and ultrafiltration operations. This system, which can be connected to Vibro-I units ranging from 2.5 to 20 square meters, provides a compact and mobile solution for various filtration needs. Delivered on a stainless-steel frame with wheels, the system is easy to move and requires minimal setup. It operates efficiently in ‘mix flow’ mode for continuous processing and ‘over the tank’ mode for batch operations, making it versatile for different applications. The system boasts a footprint of just 65 x 90 cm and includes features such as a 60-liter feed/CIP tank, feed pump, mix flow pump, and multiple indicators (pressure and temperature), all of which comply with FDA and EC 1935/2004 standards.
