Energy efficient wort boiling system
In the brewing process, wort boiling is a critical stage that requires precise temperature control and energy efficiency to achieve high-quality beer and optimal hop utilization. Traditional boiling methods can lead to inconsistent results and high energy costs.

Optimize wort boiling with two-phase boiling
The GEA JETSTAR® Wort Boiling system provides an innovative process for boiling wort in atmospheric kettles through a two-phase boiling method. In the first phase, it ensures homogeneous circulation with minimal thermal stress. In the second phase, a two-level wort spreader facilitates intensive evaporation. This system operates with natural circulation, removing the need for additional circulation pumps and reducing pulsation. The GEA JETSTAR® is designed to be retrofit-compatible, easily integrated into existing systems or new installations, ensuring efficient energy use, reduced hop usage, and better beer quality. It is equipped with Intelligent Wort Management (IWM) software and features a hygienic design that aids in easy cleaning.
