The HEUFT SPECTRUM II SX is an advanced sorting system designed to pre-inspect and reject unsuitable empty returnable bottles early in the production line. It integrates the HEUFT preWash II module for effective detection of defects and faults that could disrupt the washing process. This system uses ultrasonic technology to check for severe deformations and employs an IR fill level detection and sensor-based closure detection to identify and remove bottles that are not completely empty or still sealed. In addition, six high-performance cameras conduct a comprehensive sidewall inspection to detect non-brand, heavily contaminated, or distorted bottles, ensuring only suitable bottles proceed further. HEUFT reflexx A.I. real-time image processing enhances the accuracy by distinguishing various object features. The compact design allows easy integration, providing a space-saving solution ideal for production lines handling up to 72,000 bottles per hour.
