Egg tray stacking for small and medium farms

In small and medium-sized egg farming operations, the manual stacking of trays can be labor-intensive and inefficient. Operators often face challenges with space constraints and ensuring efficient workflow while handling eggs safely and effectively.

Automates egg tray stacking for streamlined operation

The Traystacker SX20 by Sanovo is designed to optimize egg handling processes in small to medium farming operations. This space-efficient solution occupies only 0.6 m², making it suitable for farms with limited space. Its ergonomic design helps minimize operator fatigue by placing trays at an ideal pick-up height, thereby reducing physical strain. The SX20 can be integrated with existing Sanovo Farmpacker machines (models 40, 70, and 24000) and is compatible with a wide range of plastic trays, including the EggsCargoSystem® by GI-OVO. With automation, the SX20 eliminates the need for manual stacking, allowing operators to focus on managing incoming egg flow from hen houses. The system operates easily with a single on/off button and features robust stainless steel construction for durability and ease of cleaning. Capable of handling up to 70 cases per hour or 25,200 eggs per hour, it offers an economical and reliable solution for improving operational efficiency in egg tray stacking.
