The APS-236 is a dual head labeler specially designed for top and bottom label applications. It is capable of handling diverse container materials, including plastic, metal, fiber, and glass, as well as trays and tubs. Each of its dual label heads can simultaneously dispense labels up to 6 inches tall and 11 inches long. The electronically controlled placement sensor ensures accurate and symmetric label positioning. The stepper motor drive with synchronized auto speed adjustment allows continuous label application even when changing speeds. A power-assisted web take-up manages label roll waste, while the full tamp station ensures wrinkle-free application. The system features Auto Label Learn™ and job save functions for easier setup and rapid changeovers. Constructed with a heavy-duty, sanitary stainless steel frame, it supports 3-shift operations and includes a user-friendly touch screen control system.
