The SPTW Double Sheet Kneader Sheeter from GEA is designed to receive dough and produce a 7mm single sheet with high uniformity. Its unique ‘double shoulder’ structure ensures all bearings are mounted externally, eliminating contact between mechanical parts and the dough. The stainless steel mixture receiving hopper, with rounded corners, tilts for easy cleaning access. The kneading and sheeting rolls, also made of stainless steel, are driven by the same motor, ensuring consistent operation. With a capacity of 150-600 kg/h and sheet widths of 300-540 mm, this equipment is ideal for high-capacity pasta production environments.
