This decanter offers a differential speed mechanism, optimizing yield and product quality by adjusting sedimentation between 2-7 rpm. Hygienic design is critical, with Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) systems, SaniRibs® on the decanter bowl, and CIP spray balls ensuring top-tier cleanability. The pressurized discharge minimizes air incorporation, reducing foam and ensuring food safety. This unit is highly suitable for plant-based beverages like oat drinks, with capacities of 4,000 or 8,000 kg per hour.
