The P-Series Continuous Impact Vibrators from WAMGROUP are designed to address common issues in bulk solids handling, such as material sticking to walls, bridging, and rat-holing. The equipment generates a shockwave through the continuous impact of an internal piston on a metallic base mount, ensuring efficient material flow. The vibrators operate at a pressure range of 2 to 6 bar (29 ~ 87 PSI) and are suitable for use with wet or electrostatic powders. They can handle high temperatures up to 200°C (390°F) and are made from robust powder-coated aluminium and grey cast iron. Available in three sizes, these vibrators are easy to install on a base mounting plate, which needs to be welded onto the silo or bin wall. For safety during installation and maintenance, it is recommended to use a safety chain. Accessories like a noise reduction plate and ATEX compliance kit are also available.
