Continuous de-oiling centrifuge for metalworking industry

When processing metal chips and grinding sludge, efficient separation of residual oil is crucial to maintain quality and reduce waste disposal costs. Conventional methods often fall short, leading to inconsistent de-oiling results and increased maintenance concerns.

Automated de-oiling of metal chips and sludge

The KSE Series by CEPA is a continuously operating centrifuge specially designed for de-oiling a wide range of metal chips, grinding sludge, and shredder material. Equipped with a hydraulically driven lifting base, it periodically discharges chips upwards over a slotted-hole screen to ensure consistent de-oiling. The feed conveyors fill the centrifuge continuously, maintaining a uniform process flow. Available in multiple models (KSE 400, KSE 500, KSE 600, KSE 750), it can de-oil up to 5,500 liters of chips per hour, making it suitable for high-volume applications in the metalworking industry.

Benefits

  • Consistent de-oiling results
  • Handles varying types of materials
  • High throughput capacity up to 5,500 l/h
  • Reduced maintenance with automatic operation
  • Hydraulically driven lifting base for efficient discharge
