Ensures consistent, two-sided contact cooking

The Stein PG Series ProGrill® Contact Cooker by JBT is designed for high production, two-sided contact cooking of boneless products. Ideal for poultry, meat, and ready meals industries, it features heated platens that efficiently sear the outside of the product. The ProGrill operates continuously, cooking products between two sets of heated platens. It comes with options for electric or thermal fluid heat sources and features a non-stick Teflon® belt to prevent sticking. Additional functionalities include an automatic belt tensioner, tracking system, and belt wash for maintenance ease. Available in 600 mm and 1000 mm belt widths, the modular design of 1.2 m lengths can be customized with optional PLC controls to match diverse production requirements.
