The CR Conical Rounder from Memak is designed for the efficient and uniform rounding of dough pieces. Constructed with a stainless steel body and a cast aluminum cone, it features fixed rounding channels, ensuring consistent results every time. The stainless steel cover design and discharge guide conveyor streamline the process, making it hygienic and user-friendly. Optional accessories include Teflon-coated cones and rounding channels to reduce dough sticking and maintenance needs. This unit is available in two models, CR 120 and CR 240, with capacities of up to 2500 pieces per hour and weight ranges of 70-600 grams. Both models operate on a 380V, 50-60 Hz, 3-phase electric connection and have power supplies of 1.5 kW.
