The Compact-Bräu 10 hl brewhouse is designed for microbreweries, brewpubs, wineries, beverage manufacturers, farms, and restaurants aiming to diversify their operations with craft beer production. This single-block unit, made of AISI 304/316 stainless steel, comes complete with a mash/kettle/whirlpool tun, lauter tun, hot liquor tank, and cooling exchanger, all ready for operation upon connection to electric, water, and/or gas lines. Available in automatic and semi-automatic versions, it features a mechanical agitator with two blades, internal cleaning spray-balls, tangential inlet for whirlpool, and double-wall thermal insulation. The system minimizes oxidation with under-liquid wort recirculation and ensures effective lautering via an independent tun, making it a high-efficiency option. Additional features include a stainless steel panel with touchscreen PLC for recipe memorization, flowmeters for checking filtration speed and wort clarity, and options to manage remote assistance and production reports.
