It features a carborundum skin and disc, which effectively circulate and peel products evenly on all sides. The minimal space between the disc and the skin allows the peeling of small items without losses. A compact design includes a fully enclosed motor and adjustable legs, making it easy to clean underneath. The peeling disc’s curved design ensures continuous product movement, enhancing uniform peeling. Available options include a pneumatic door for automated lines and easily replaceable coarse or fine abrasive linen.
