The CG – Cold Glue, from ETIMA+, is a rotary label applicator designed to efficiently handle pre-cut labels using cold glue. It caters to a range of industries, including food, beverage, chemical, and personal care, and offers high throughput, with capacities ranging from 12,000 to 30,000 bottles per hour depending on the model. The equipment provides flexible container handling, supporting oval, flat, cylindrical, truncated cone, and other shaped containers. Models are available with either a cam-operated rotation system in an oil bath or programmable electronic control for precise container orientation. Orientation methods include optical or mechanical systems to detect and align text, spots, UV marks, glass welds, and screen prints. The machine’s base features a round-point design for easy access, and it comes with a protection cabin equipped with vertical lift doors. This combination of features ensures consistent label application with minimal downtime.
