Chicken leg processing system with autoloader
Processing poultry efficiently requires precise cutting and portioning, especially when dealing with high throughput demands. Traditional methods often result in inconsistent cuts and high labor costs, which can hinder productivity in large-scale poultry processing operations.

Automates cutting and portioning of chicken legs
The Prime LP-1 Leg Processor for Chicken with Autoloader/Splitter is a high-capacity system designed to produce backs, whole legs, thighs, drumsticks, and leg quarters with minimal adjustment. The system includes an autoloader that separates finished pieces by left and right into chutes for easy pack-out. It offers a flexible cut-up system that can operate at speeds of up to 80 birds per minute, with multiple machines running at a combined speed of 160-plus birds per minute. The system ensures 98 percent Grade A cuts, maximizing yield and minimizing labor. Key features include easy adjustment for changes in product requirements and proven quality cuts. The system operates on 120V electrical requirements with a control circuit, and hydraulic requirements of 15 GPM @ 1,200 PSI. It includes three electric motors: one 1.5 hp motor and two 1 hp motors, operating at 480V, 3 ph, 60 Hz. The entire system weighs 1,000 lbs.
