Utilizing a servo-driven three-axis transfer system, the GTSV ensures hygienic handling and precise positioning of sandwiches. Capable of handling up to 50 packs per minute using Vacuum/Gas sealing and up to 70 packs per minute in Atmospheric Seal mode, the system efficiently handles various carton sizes with a switch-over time of less than 5 minutes. Additional features include integrated label applicators and printers for a complete turnkey production setup. Its simple design promotes user-friendly operation and minimal labor requirements.
