Carbonated beverage can filler for beer and kombucha
In the craft beverage industry, achieving precise fills for carbonated drinks such as beer and kombucha can be challenging. Issues like inconsistent fill levels, excess foaming, and oxygen intake during filling can significantly impact product quality and shelf life.
Ensure consistent fills with minimized foam
The XF2200 from XpressFill is an open fill system designed to fill cans from a pressurized source, such as a keg or brite tank. Featuring a gas purge cycle and a sensor probe to shut off the fill at the desired height, it ensures minimal CO2 loss and reduced oxygen intake. The flow path and valve diameters have been optimized for better flow with less foaming. Tubing lengths can be adjusted to fill from the bottom, further reducing foam. This system is suitable for most can sizes, including 12 oz cans, with a capacity of 360 cans per hour. The XF2200 is built to order with a lead time of four to six weeks. Made with enclosed stainless steel, it’s easy to clean and requires no assembly, making it a practical choice for small to medium-sized breweries.
