The Cap Inspection and Fill Level Inspection system by Antares Vision integrates two modules, IT700-IoT and CL700-IoT, into a single solution. The IT700-IoT module ensures that caps are correctly applied and in compliance by detecting defects across various cap types, including flat, tethered, sport-cap, cork, and roop. The CL700-IoT module inspects the fill level inside bottles, eliminating containers that do not meet regulatory standards. The system utilizes different technologies such as X-ray, Infrared, and high-frequency, depending on the type of liquid and packaging, and adjusts for variables like foam. A single control panel manages the entire system, which occupies a minimal footprint, making it an efficient addition to production lines.
