The system’s consistency in depositing and decorating reduces product waste and helps control raw ingredient costs. The turntable, equipped with a servo-powered lifting mechanism, and swing-away design ensure ease of use and flexibility. With a PLC control system, touch screen interface, and the capacity to store 100 recipes, it supports a variety of decorating modes including depositing, spreading, multi-row, and continuous. This system can ice up to 7 cakes per minute with deposits ranging from 0.15 to 36 ounces, and particle sizes up to 3/4 inch (19 mm). It also offers easy washdown and tool-free maintenance to minimize downtime.
