The Trepko 860 Series homogenizer specializes in mechanical processing of butter, margarine, and other fats. Designed to knead the product, it enables previously frozen items to regain their original structure. The system supports continuous processing and can be fully automated to prevent excess-kneading. This ensures consistent product quality and integrates seamlessly with upstream Trepko 861 Block Chopper and downstream filling machines, maintaining a continuous supply line. All components in contact with food are made from 316L stainless steel and food-approved plastics. The homogenizer is available with either a full CIP version or a version requiring manual cleaning, minimizing waste even with long transfer pipes. With a capacity of 1.9 tons per hour at 7°C, the Trepko 860 Series is highly efficient and built for rigorous industrial use.
