The 850 Series by Trepko is designed for bulk filling, forming, and wrapping of butter, margarine, and other edible fats. This system can handle various shapes and dimensions, such as plates, bars, and bricks, with two models catering to different portion weights. The 851 model supports weights up to 2 kg with an output of approximately 25 plates per minute, whereas the 852 model handles weights up to 10 kg with an output of about 4 packets per minute. Both models utilize parchment paper or other laminates for packaging. With power consumptions of 12 kVa and 26 kVa respectively, and air consumption of 1200 l/min, these systems are designed to maximize efficiency and reliability in food packaging processes.
