This furnace features a swing-open chamber for easy access to the growing crystals, and uses Kanthal spiral wire coils embedded in high-quality Mitsubishi alumina fiber insulation. It includes a high-precision Eurotherm 3504 PID controller with 50-segment program capability, allowing for precise temperature regulation and stable thermal conditions. The system also integrates a computer interface for remote monitoring and control. Key safety features such as overheat protection and an automatic hoisting limit switch ensure safe operation.
