The Stein Ultra V Breading Applicator & Preduster from JBT is designed to handle flour, free flow, and Japanese crumb coating materials efficiently. Equipped with a versatile conversion system, this applicator allows quick transitions between different coating types with minimal effort, making mid-shift product changes possible. Independent drives for the cross feed auger, vertical auger, hopper drive, and rotating vibrators ensure precise operation. Various process adjustments, including lower coating bed depth and breading blow-off tubes, provide enhanced control over the coating process. Available in 600mm, 850mm, or 1000mm belt widths, the breader’s dust containment hoods and controlled removal of excess coating materials ensure a clean working environment. It also features the Level Glide® discharge system for gentle product handling.
