The Stein 100 Series Breading Applicator from JBT is designed specifically for granular free-flowing and flour-style coating materials. Utilizing the “Flat-Bed™” style of coating application and “Level Glide™” product discharge, it ensures accurate product orientation across the width of the belt. This applicator is suitable for both initial pre-dust and final breading applications and is ideal for small to mid-level production requirements. With independent main product belt variable speed drive from 0 to 60 FPM and independent drives for cross feed auger, vertical auger, and hopper drive, it offers precise setups. Features like adjustable lower coating bed depth, top flow hopper discharge, breading sifter, adjustable pressure roll, and breading blow-off tubes further enhance its functionality. The Stein 100 Series is available with fixed speed belt vibrators and can be electric or hydraulically driven. Models come with belts in widths of 16, 24, and 34 inches to fit varying production needs.
