The GRADOMATIC from Royal Houdijk is a system designed for handling round products, specifically round biscuits, with a capability to manage a random supply and produce counted slugs. The system can achieve capacities of over 3,000 products per minute while ensuring gentle handling of individual items. With its open and accessible design, the GRADOMATIC facilitates easy operation, change-over, maintenance, and cleaning. The system allows users to set the desired slug count via HMI settings and offers three basic executions: Biscuit On Edge slug loading into flowpack, Biscuit On Edge slug loading in trays, and a dual mode combining both functionalities.
