The DS filter by Zeppelin Systems is a robust, pressure shock-proof bin vent filter designed for use in modular systems. It features anti-static bag filter cartridges housed in a stainless steel base plate, providing reliable fine dust filtration. The design includes easily accessible filter cartridges, which can be removed without requiring additional overhead space. The system is fitted with a clean gas chamber and air jet pipes for effective filter cartridge de-dusting. The DS filter uses de-oiled, purified compressed air up to 6 bar and has a microprocessor control system for efficient operation. Optional features include differential pressure monitoring, electronic master controller for programming de-dusting, soundproofing, and compliance with ATEX 2014/34/EU standards for use in Zone 22 areas.
