The oven operates with 32 to 128 self-supporting baking plate pairs, depending on the required throughput, which ranges from 200 to 1200 kg per hour. Its modular oven frame allows for future expansion. Designed to withstand heat and compensate for thermal expansion, the oven minimizes downtime as easy access for maintenance is possible from the rear and sides.
