The Roaster Automatic FIMT 360 by Scolari Engineering is designed for medium to dark espresso coffee roasting. What sets this system apart is its fully computerized control software, developed over 45 years of experience. The system runs on Microsoft® Windows 7/10 and uses “C” and “C Sharp” programming languages to offer precise control over the roasting cycles. It features a rapid assembly, modular ‘skid’ construction for flexible installation. In the event of irregularities, such as sudden roasting breaks or power cuts, the system’s alarm triggers to alert the operator immediately, thereby minimizing any negative impact on future batches. Each roasting cycle’s samples are pneumatically sent to the QC department for testing, ensuring quality consistency. The machinery is capable of operating in three shifts, enhancing productivity.
