Housed in a sanitary stainless steel, splashproof enclosure, the system includes a 4kw Solid State Induction Generator that ensures high-performance sealing. It operates from a single phase 200/240V 12A 50Hz supply and can handle cap diameters up to 120mm. The system’s induction heat sealing heads are adjustable, allowing for optimal sealing conditions tailored to different conveyor speeds and closure designs. Its compact design includes interlocking facilities for power and conveyor movement, and a fault indication beacon for enhanced operational safety. The Auto Induction Sealer also features a water cooler/recirculator, ensuring effective thermal management during the sealing process.
