The ROBOBAND 1VH, produced by OCME, is a fully automatic horizontal banding system designed to address the complexity of label application on irregularly shaped products. Ideal for various industries, this system uses a single pair of reels to apply a stretch film band, ensuring secure product stacks without the need for full containment. It features a high-precision, PLC-controlled movement for accurate band application and offers easy setup and quick component replacement. The machine supports the integration of a labelling device to facilitate direct product identification. With an output capacity of up to 150 units per hour and adjustable sealing options, the ROBOBAND 1VH optimizes efficiency and flexibility. The system accommodates pallet sizes ranging from 600×800 mm to 1300×1100 mm and can handle a maximum pallet height of 2000 mm. It operates on a standard power supply of 400-415 V at 50 Hz and requires a compressed air pressure of 6 bar.
